1. Agreement to Terms

All cigars are handmade, and natural variations in appearance, color, aroma, flavor, construction, and burn are normal and do not constitute defects. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the delivered product.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and compliance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, modify, or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders that:

5. Pricing & Payment

6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, the Company is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers.
We ship only to locations where the sale of premium cigars is legal. Customers are responsible for compliance with all local and state laws.
7. Refunds, Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
Refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee Disclaimer, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.
Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within two (2) business days of confirmed delivery and are subject to review and approval.
